PowerTye products carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser.
Any product found to be defective in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at PowerTye’s discretion.

To obtain warranty service, the purchaser must first contact PowerTye to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution. The affected product may be required to be returned to PowerTye for inspection. Unless otherwise noted, return shipping shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

⚠️ This Warranty is only valid and serviceable within the United States and its territories. Products purchased, used, or shipped outside of these areas are not eligible for warranty service, replacement, or return.

This Warranty does not extend to any product that has been subjected to misuse, abuse, accident, negligence, or exposure to the elements or chemicals. This includes (but is not limited to) webbing coming into contact with hot or sharp surfaces, normal wear and tear on hook vinyl coatings, or damage from straps being loaded beyond their Working Load Limit.

The user shall determine the suitability of the product for their intended use and assume all risk and liability in connection therewith.

This Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will PowerTye Manufacturing be liable for special, indirect, or consequential damages, or for loss of vehicle or cargo.
