Refund policy

PowerTye products purchased from this website may be returned to PowerTye MFG for a refund of the original product price for up to 1 year from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the items must be in new, unused condition, preferably still in original packaging. Used products or products damaged from customer misuse or accident are NOT eligible for a full refund.

Made-to-Order or "Custom" tie-down straps may also be returned to us if in new, unused condition. However, These items are subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund amount, in addition to the rest of the return requirements.ย 

To start a return, please use our Contact Form. If your return request is accepted, items must be sent back to us within 30 days or the return authorization will be cancelled and a new return authorization must be requested. In most cases, customer is responsible for return shipping for items purchased through PowerTye.com. You may purchase your own shipping, or you may request a return label be sent to you, in which case the price of shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded once items are received.

Items received used or damaged may be accepted or refused at our sole discretion. Used items that are accepted may be subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your PowerTye items upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Use our Contact Form to report any issues with your order as soon as possible.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items on PowerTye.com cannot be returned for a refund, including custom printed tie-down orders, certain special clearance items that are marked as "non-returnable", and used items sold as marked on PowerTye.com


Exchanges
If you purchased the wrong item and would like to exchange it for another item on PowerTye.com, please contact us using our Contact Form. You may exchange new, unused PowerTye products for up to 1 year after purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping both directions for exchanged items. If the cost of items being sent is lower than the cost of items being returned for exchange, the difference will be refunded to the customer, minus any shipping costs that may apply.


Refunds
We will notify you once weโ€™ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youโ€™ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It generally take 2-3 business days for the funds to show up in your account. If your return/exchange has processed for a refund and your account has not been credited after 5 days, please let us know right away using our Contact Form.
